Jacob de Graaff

Founder and owner of MJ People Jacob de Graaff (1975) graduated from the Hotelschool The Hague in the year 2000 and after that worked in various management positions in hotels like the InterContinental in Miami, the Eden Hotel Group and the Radisson SAS in Amsterdam. In 2010 he founded MJ People as he noticed a strong need for a professional recruitment agency in this particular business.

Jacob is also the initiator of Hotelvrijmibo, a popular networking event for the hotel industry. Next to that, he is the creator of the Hotel Leaders Network, a professional platform that is aimed at people who work in management positions in hotels: general managers, hotel managers, CEO’s and regional managers.
