THE FOUNDERS<\/h2>\nMJ People was founded in 2010 by Jacob de Graaff and Melle Pegman, who had been working in a management position in the hotel business for years. At a certain point in their careers, they noticed that there was a growing need for professional mediation in the industry, specifically when it came to vacancies on management and executive level. They decided to start MJ People, aimed at the recruitment of hospitality and hotel professionals. Their key focus: provide excellent service combined with a personal approach and simply making the lives of their clients easier by taking over the whole recruitment process.
